They are ALL fab suggestions, thanks (with the possible exception of 'argue' ;) :rotfl:). :T :T :T

Ryan loves swimming but he's a bit of a 'handful' on his own at the pool, because the echoey noise makes him aggressive.

We haven't got an attic but he does like going up into the loft! I would have never have thought of that, but great idea.

He loves the park, and I guess it might be nice for the two of them to go together rather than always having me and Natasha tagging along.

He does enjoy bowling but it's a bit pricey and quite a way from where we live, plus you have to pre-book, which is a bit rubbish for spur-of-the-moment outings (as Bunny and Tig will confirm :)).

Hadn't thought about them going to spectate or going to a museum - he does usually really like museums, as long as they are a bit interactive.

And yes, fiddling with mechanic-y stuff, they both love that (although they argue a lot when they are doing that!)

I think I might make a list of suggestions and put them on the notice board - subtle enough? :D

    :hello:

    How about fishing?

Not much doing, no noise, serene, just sit and be together with a rod and a nice pack up ;)

Hello missus! This evening we are mostly playing.......cards! :D

Stu would like fishing, but Ryan would make too much noise I think - if there were any other fishermen nearby, they would get cross. And ewwww...maggots!

    How're you doing sweetie?

How about you get him one of those cheap nets and take him down to the canal as a try before you buy kinda get up ;) (well Stu I mean, obviously)

Can Stu have plurals in cards ;)

I'm not bad thanks ~ hows you?

EDIT: I presume that this post is addressed to me :o

Yes, it was addressed to you...lol! I just wanted to make sure you were bearing up okay.

No, he's not allowed plurals :p but he does keep making new rules up...he reckons he's not making them up, just 'remembering' them...funny how he only remembers them when they work in his favour!! :D

And I repeat.....ewwww, maggots!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

You see this is why the *Stu & Ryan Activity* has to be non competetive.

If we need to avoid a row then 2 boys cannot be pitted against each other.

You need something messy and mucky, how about restoring or building something? I remember that fab track they built together in lego a while back.

    And just for you:
