Thanks Lucielle and Jet, yes, it's fab! (I really like the way you've done the colours in that Jet :T)

I have just done some transferring around of money, just to make it more straightforward when the share money arrives, and with a bit of shuffling, the only debit balance I have now is on the offset loan.

So because that is actually secured, and part of my mortgage, I am now 'properly' debt free.....lol.....bit of a cheating way to do it, but the whole of the share money will now just be used to clear the offset loan when it arrives in a couple of days.

Does that mean I can post on the roll of honour now?
