    So sorry to have come in on this thread Wel done to snaggles!!!!
    Any advice for a mortgage ball and chain? can't get another after being with Northern Rock for 5 years on a 3.99% now jumped to 7.25% up by £600 pm house up for sale but not moving with the current climate..... bad credit file £279,000 mortgage house worth £475,000 husband made redundant and had to take a lower salary.
