We went to the Beer festival in Peterborough over the summer and thought we'd ask for a discount on the £5 entrance fee. To out surprise, the lady behind the counter just asked to see our 1250s and let us in for free! More money for Beer:beer:

try booking your holiday with Virgin they advertise 5% discount on-line but Armed forces receive a 10% discount. I booked on-line got the 5% then phoned the free phone number and asked for the 10% armed forces discount all you need is service number and renk/rate they won't apply the discount on-line

Just wondering where you can get discount with your MOD 90 my other half is in the Army and i have heard rumors that they can be quite effective money saving tools.

Thanks for that ex-crab (from another ex crab!). I have just entered.

I have stayed at the Grinkle Park Hotel twice before and it is a really nice hotel, set on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors. I can certainly commend it.

If you show your Military I.D. Card at the moment you get in free and other family members get in for £11.00 each. Better than paying £22.00 for 4 years and up.
About time we got something discounted, America look after their soldiers better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
