If that's all she could say then I wouldn't bother with her any more unless she comes back with a legitimate reason for her actions that you were unaware of.
I wouldn't contact her. Leave it up to her to contact.
I had to cut off my best friend due to her actions last year which was immensly hard, We'd been best friends since school! (I'm 35 now)
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

Thanks
I guess the important thing is she now knows how I feel and why. It is up to her to make the next move.

I still get carpy feelings about it.
I don't know what I'd do if I ran into her or she phoned me!
There comes a time when you have to put you first, it's not easy to do but I think you have done the right thing!

it does rather sound like you're banging your head against a brick wall here.
When she said'I have nothing to say to that'
Could she have meant 'You're right, I don't really have any defence to that' or was her meaning 'I don't give a toss how you feel'.
If it's the second, then I think you have your answer.
Relationships, whether between family, friends or partners have to be worked on by both sides.
If your friend is not willing to put the time and effort in, then I think you should step back and wait for her to think about how important your friendship is to her.
No need to fall out with her, just step back a little.
From what you said about your thoughtful gift to her, you sound such a nice person that I'm sure that you'll have no problems making other friends.0 -

Hmm.. to me that sounds like 'I know I've done wrong but I'm not going to admit it'. I do hope that she comes back to you with an explanation and realises how cr*ppily she's treated you. But in the meantime, leave her to it, it's her loss.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

When is it in Sept?
6th Sept.
Not telling where yet, it's like a secret rave from the 90's!
