Mmmm condensed milk - in France I buy it in a plastic tube. Just out of the fridge - take the lid off slowly - move the opening to the lips - feel the plastic on the lips and squeeeze the tube!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :blushing:0

They look fantastic! I love those chewy cookies. How much do you reckon they cost you to make? They cost about £1 for 4 in the supermarket, for the big ones.Jane

oh goodness, not sure to be honest- I'd have to work it out and I can't be botheredyou're welcome to if you like! :rotfl:
Tesco's own white choccie bars (200g per bar) are on offer at the mo -you get 2x200g bars for £1.70-ish!? you only need 100g for the recipe so I have enough choc for another 3 loads, which is why I made them-already had the other bits in the house and I used muscavado sugar, just in case you wanted to know??
p.s. Hugh's recipe says they make 12, I managed to make 10 but they are quite big! haha0
