Yes it was my usual one and she only chages £5 as it's a home visit. But seems she squeezed me in as she didn't want to come in the week and was literally in and out in 10 minutes!!!

    Morning all
Well it was when I started typing, lol.
I've only been up about half an hour, which is unheard of for me, I got up at 7:30, made a cuppa & went back to bed, next thing I knew it was gone 11 & the tea was cold. Still I do have an excuse, I didn't get to bed until gone 3 as we had a group of people over. By the time I got up, hubby had loaded & started the DW, emptied the WM & hung it all on the line, watered the fish & fed the garden, or maybe it was the other way round!
    Hugs to those in need
    Have a good day.

    hello

raining again, pouring in fact so have finished stripping the paper in the hall now to get it ready for painting
doesnt look good for getting a walk today but it might dry up yet, tomatoes are doing well and i can see one courgette popping through the compost, have waited a long time but the packet was only 10p from a car boot and out of date so one plant will do me

ds1 and squishy arrived ok at their hotel and are well pleased with it, bit of a climb to it i think but their room has beautiful views over Lake Garda, they are having two weeks there with dinner and breakfast

Aussie hugs to your sister for monday

    Hi all

Decided to have a long lie this morning after a long day yesterday. Also have spent the morning editing and uploading the potted history of my kitchen refurbishment!

Have posted the link on Where the Magic Happens and also below.

Now will need to go for a shower etc and then pop out to the shops. Had hoped to cut the grass but to be honest I can't be bothered.

Will catch up with you all later this afternoon.

    Mortgage-free Glee!
    Good afternoon everyone.
Still a fair bit of cleaning/tidying to do here before DH arrives back with cousins from OZ - told him to ring when they leave Heathrow as then I know I have around an hour and a half's grace - but got home from church to see his mobile phone left in the kitchen! Help! Still I reckon it won't be until about 4pm. Meal booked at Chinese tonight, so no cooking. Hope those about to go off on their hols have a great time. ((HUGS)) to all in need.
Right, much as I hate the thought, kitchen floor here I come!

Hi all - just a quickie from me; still not feeling too good. DH has just gone over to DS2's to help him fit a cat flap and I have had to put off DS1 and the grandchildren's visit this afternoon, so I intend to have a long snooze.

Sorry I haven't been posting much but I feel all 'sinusy' and can't really think straight! Will be a trip to the doc's for some antibiotics if it doesn't shift by tomorrow. I hope everyone is well and lots of (((hugs))) and sympathy to those who aren't.

Hope the Haribo girlies had a lovely birthday.

Thanks to you all for your good wishes to me and I hope to be back posting properly tomorrow.

Welcome to Poppyoscar, by the way!

Catch up with you all later.
