Bunbun - I ordered 4 of the paper pads, the sugared one I already had, but I ordered another as I have used loads of the papers on my current "project". I don't mind when its only a quid postage!0

they were really good value and only a quid posttage but I shouldn't really be spending any money! also I want to make sure I will actually use them before I buy lots - not really started scrapbooking yet! and now you are making me think "I should have ordered more":rotfl: I ordered quite a bit of stuff from carolinez craftz so I hope it all arrives OK. I know postage was a bit steep but the prices were well reduced and I got quite alot of stuff.saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200

Thankyou all for your good wishes.
Snow on the roads cleared enough for us to get to the hospital -slight mishap with the car when OH was trying to wind the window down to get a car park ticket - the window shattered !!! So, bit of a cold ride home. Think the car will cost more than its worth to put right but foster daughters OH is mechanic and I'm sure he'll be able to find us something...........long as its cheap..........lolMary
I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

hels - OH checked with the garage chap who does our MOTs and knows the car well and he suggested we scrap it. We'd be lucky to get a replacement door or window without labour costs so Monday OH is off to the scrapyard and then we're without wheels till we get another. Still I can live with that. I've got my bus pass...................lol:rotfl:
You started scrapbooking yet ?Mary

Oh no what a shame Mary!
Funny you should ask that I spent nearly an hour in my local craft today and didn't end up buying anything! Rainmac kindly sent me a selection of papers but I haven't found the right chipboard book to use yet in the craft shop she only had the oblong shape ones but I think I need something quite square to start with! Where did you order yours from?
Did you enjoy making yours? From what you've said yours does sound lovely!
Good luck with the car hunting!:xmassmile Looking forward to December:xmassmile0 -
hels - I got mine from Kakulu.com They're board books so don';t have any rings to add extra pages but they were cheap and just right for what I want to do -well for a start anyway.
I want to go to the craft shop tomorrow to see whats in her sale.......probably not much as she's a bit limited but you never know.
Foster daughter has just phoned to say she can get the time off to take me to hospital next Wednesday and her OH will pay scrap price to have our old car for banger racing -he's also looking for another for us. So, tomorrow morning we're taking the car over there...........better for OH - I think he'd feel rather sad about leaving it at a scrapyard. He's got quite attached to it these last 5 years.
I've loved doing my little scrapbook and can't wait to start on the others - another little 3 x 3 one and the 6 x 6 one............wish I'd got more of them now...............I could play with glue and paper for hours.......:rotfl:Mary

Craftwork cards do some square scrapbooks in their back to basics stuff here - you need to scroll down a bit.
You would have to buy the rings separately though.
delivery is £3.95 - which is a bit steep but depends how much you're ordering
HTHOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Mary - sorry to hear about your poor car, I'm glad you managed to get to your appointment.
Bunbun - the papers are fab though - I've used a few on my cards. I was tempted to order some stuff from carolinezcraftz - but I resisted.0 -
