Mary43 - I would've thought pva glue would be okay. I've never tried it on fabric though!
I got a few items from (I mean loads not few) from a website that I found - www.croptilyoudrop.co.uk they charge £2.95 for delivery which was a bummer but they had quite a few cheap items in their sale. I got some 12 x 12 papers for 13p each, a 12 x 12 paper/vellum/cardstock lucky dip 12 sheets for a £1, some cute winnie the pooh stickers for under 75p, a vintage sarapapers pack (meant to be £14.95 for £4.95, and a few other stickers. Can't wait for my stuff to arrive.

Thanks melissa - I'll give one a try and see how it turns out. The rest of the pages inside I want to decorate with scrapbooking paper..........think this will be a 'bit at a time' job due to the cost..............lol

I know bunbun2 I'll be taking pictures all the time just to fill them. I wanted to use a lot of the papers and embellishments for decorating the card box and address book etc.
Was it you that took up the £1 subscription deal with papercraft inspirations ( sorry I can't remember ). I got my first magazine about the 6th June. Still no sign of the free gift though. I am getting really impatient now. They emailed me to say "allow up to 28 days for delivery", but I don't know whether that is 28 days from when I received my 1st magazine, or the date when I subscribed! I suppose its the former, fingers crossed it gets here soon, I want the K % Co. dollshouse set!

I did subscribe to papercraft inspirations for £1. I think they said the first issue would be 4 July.

Found this box and thought it would be really useful for scrapbooking. I'm sure there are much cheaper (but maybe not as nice looking versions) elsewhere. Just thought the idea was a good one :D

Rainmac - stop it you are terrible - encouraging me to spend more money. It is really nice though and I could do with somewhere to store my 12 x 12 papers when they arrive! I will not spend though - I have just spent £13 on yankee candles ( there was a thread posted for a good deal on grabbit while you can board!).

Melissa which one of the Laura Ashley papers did you get?, I'm very tempted with them, I think I prefer the tradional ones. I think it was you that asked about scrapbooking tools on a post (sorry if it wasn't :rotfl: I do tend to confuse myself sometimes) there is alot of things you can get but I think the basics are a good paper trimmer and I love my cropodile which is a plier type hole punch and eyelet fixer that will go through tough card like chipboard etc. It's great for making book covers you can use the board off the back of writing pads for the covers and places like staples sell book rings in a pack quite cheaply for binding them together.

I know, I love looking at and buying bits as much as you! Yankee Candles are fab aren't they, I have bought a few small ones for presents, never bought for myself but would love to receive one...hint, hint to anyone reading this...:rotfl: This online candle shop doesn't charge p&p, has an offer every month on a particular range of candles and their prices are reasonable, if you're looking for Yankee Candles they have a good range (receive items quickly too!).
