This is a good site for card making/scrapbooking ideas its a free forum they have online shops/galleries and forums to ask questions. http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/

I have used creative craft world before and have had my items delivered very promply and quickly.

I have also used this site before http://www.craftsuperstore.co.uk/Brands/DoCrafts/b1244.aspx

I am loving Rusty's scrapbook pages, they are fantastic especially since they are your first ever.
Bunbun I cannot belive you managed a whole album for your brother it's brill!
Helping Hubby great pages your Wedding Album is going to be amazing once completed. Where about do you live? I am quite near Farnborough but didn't go, might be tempted next year! Are you enjoying BY2010 and Document 2010?

I have been part of Jammy's BY2010 with you and it has finally got me scrapping! I am hoping to combine the 2 products as I have been following the whole Document 2010 thing really closely on UKS but not actually put much together as yet. I do enjoy it so much but seem to spend ages trying to sort it all out!! There are pics on my blog at the pages I have made so far (tho today's LO has no pics as the printer is out of ink...whoops!)

I live near Aldershot, only 15mins from Farnborough.

I hated having to supply a sketch for the BY2010!!! That was scary and I think mine is rubbish! I feel sorry for you guys having to turn it into something good! But otherwise, I'm really enjoying the blog hop, it really helps with motivating me to do the pages. btw I love your Feb layout, it's so pretty. Wish I'd seen it before I finished Januarys Document:2010 page, would have been a perfect idea to use as I did my main page on the snow.

I know what you mean about it taking ages to sort out. I'm stuck on what to do for my 'envelope' page for Jans doc 2010 because I have absolutely nothing to go in it! Might have to stick the gas bill in there at this rate! Mind you in 50 years time it'll be quite amusing seeing a gas bill and how 'cheap' it was, or we'll be like 'remember the days when we had gas'. Maybe I will put it in after all.

I've been better for February - like I picked up the card at a restaurant I went to. Stuff like that.

@Tinypablo - I've also used craftsuperstore and theglitterpot and also ebay. But nothing beats going to a real shop to drool over everything. I love Hobbycraft - it may be a tiny bit more expensive but I could spend hours looking at all the craft stuff.

//edit - @furry - congrats on winning the blog candy!

    Hi
i went to my first ever scrapbooking class at the weekend and enjoyed it very much infact I think I maybe hooked.
I would love to do a scrapbook for my son, I'd like one where I can add pages as and when I get photo's from family and friends.
Can any of you kind ladies please advise me of the best scrapbook to by and from where please and what is a good price price to pay for a good scrapbook?

I really like the postbound scrapbooks, but after struggling to add pages, I think for the type of scrapbook that might require some jiggling about and new pages added I'd get a D-ring one. It's just easier.

Assuming you're going for 12x12, I've found that the scrapbooks range from about £10 - £30. I've bought mine from a craft fair and ebay.

Hi Scrapbookers, How are things going? Any new scrapbook pages to show us?

I found this 'Scrapbooking on the wall' idea whilst blog hopping today:

Isn't it lovely? Looks quite easy to do too. (May need to be dusted from time to time though! ;))

    Heres the link:

Bless you I enjoyed the Feb sketch and knew straight away I was going to make the circles into snow flakes! Also it's for my Document 2010 Jan layout! So getting there! I think your sketch is great! We will have great fun using it! I can empathise with you as I have no idea how to even make a sketch other than draw it on a piece of paper LOL

Your jan pages look great by the way and I have left a comment and sent you a PM!

qwiksave - love the 'memories on the wall' but like you say..........need a lot of dusting

Not even started a scrapbook yet..........scrapbooks and paper in my drawer waiting for me to get going.
I'm not sure where to start........thought I'd do the first bit like a family tree and then go on from there with piccys of grandad and some notes about him, same about grandma........on to Mum and Dad and so on..
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
