Energy saving lightbulbs offers (merged)

I bought Philips (6 year) energy saving light bulbs at Morrisons in Swansea at 99p each with buy one get one free! They have 60w & 100w bayonet & screw-in fittings. I'm not sure whether this offer is at all the Morrisons stores though.

    Hi

Morrison's have on offer on energy saving light bulbs, my local store has in 60W equivalent and 100W equivalent bulbs - large bayonet cap type.

    BOGOF deal is this:

Buy one at 99p and get one FREE. Great value.

Just got back from Dunelm in Wolverhampton. They had a big basket of Osram Energy Savers for 75p each. They were 20w which is the equivalent of 100w and are the ones that are supposed to have 12 years life.

I suspect other stores will have them.

Tried it, but apparently you need to be in receipt of benefits to qualify.

Apparently tax credits classes as a benefit if thats any help. I called & they asked me waht benefits I was in receipt of & i said oh we don't get any, we only get tax credits & i was told that would do.
    Hope that helps.
