Our existing mortgage is with them and a hefty personal account for mortgage payments, plus internet banking.....and we only went in at Xmas with our P60's so it's all on record in casae we wanted to take out some equity (we're currently only 40% LTV)
The appointment is today so I'm raring to find out why they wanted us to come in....am suspicious of it being to do with commission for the mortgage rep, can't think of another reason.

I have got a lifetime Tracker with Nationwide at 0.18% above the base rate. We took this out about 18 months ago and to begin with we thought we might have done the wrong thing as rates went up but for the moment we are quite happy, especially as we don't have to remortgage again.
