    Just completing last few months of a 5.65% 3 year fixed deal, and moving in September to a 5.49% 10 year fixed offset mortgage. :beer:

    But have a 3 year fixed rate arranged with abbey at 5.29% which we were bleddy lucky to get and hold onto.

    ...so long as we complete by end of august. Eeek!
