5.00% - 5.49%Mine is a base rate tracker + 0.34%. Got it in February 08, runs to April 2011.
I am worried a bit... something a bit longer would have suited me. It was the best deal avaliable at the time though (97%LTV) so I will just have to ride out the STV if it comes to it.0 -

How likely is it that rates will increase to 6% in the near future? Only every 1% will increase my mortgage £100.
I may well switch to a Fixed Rate in the future if Fixed Rates come down if the BoE BR rises.0 -
