Mine is a base rate tracker + 0.34%. Got it in February 08, runs to April 2011.

I am worried a bit... something a bit longer would have suited me. It was the best deal avaliable at the time though (97%LTV) so I will just have to ride out the STV if it comes to it.

    3.89% 5 year fix - finishing in August :(

Lifetime tracker CAM with N&P; base + 0.44. 26 year remaining.
Current account + savings + stooze are offset (about 50% is offset).
Taken out in December - just before everything went crazy.

With 2, 5 and 10 year deals – ‘booking fees’ are important – need to include them in your disclosures also!
  • I'm with Abbey on their Life Tracker (+ .49 above BoE BR)

How likely is it that rates will increase to 6% in the near future? Only every 1% will increase my mortgage £100.

I may well switch to a Fixed Rate in the future if Fixed Rates come down if the BoE BR rises.
