Hi, good luck with the car, sounds as though Evans Halshaw is at fault there. Hope you get your deposit back ok!0

Well...the salesman said we could have our deposit back then the MD called and said they will locate service history or give up 2 yrs warranty with them but apparently we can still back out of the deal if we want. I'm tempted to tell them to stuff it as I don't trust them now.DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 19017/05/08 - Total on DMP: £10025.7007/05/14 - Total on DMP: £1666.20 DFD: July 2017!!Baby Tomos born 5th June 2009 - 6lb 5oz :jWeight Loss Target - to lose 60.8lb by NYE 2015 - 37.6lb TO GO0

Well, since I have had a letter from DLC I have also received a bill from Orange. The bill from Orange is for my arrears and my bill from DLC is for the total contract remaining. Confused or what? Who owns my debt now?
I just don't get them. They sent to debt to DLC which I have added to my DMP but I received another bill from them yesterday. There was nothing added to it, just the amount that I was overdue at the time they passed it to DLC. Anyone have any ideas why they've sent it. Is it because I could still pay those arrears and go back on my contract or something. I don't want to pay off the debt with DLC and then still have Orange asking me for this money.DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 19017/05/08 - Total on DMP: £10025.7007/05/14 - Total on DMP: £1666.20 DFD: July 2017!!Baby Tomos born 5th June 2009 - 6lb 5oz :jWeight Loss Target - to lose 60.8lb by NYE 2015 - 37.6lb TO GO0 -

I haven't written for a while so I just thought I'd update a little.
Not a lot to say really.
All my creditors have accepted my DMP Payments which is good. Sainsbury's Bank are still charging me interest but it's at a reduced rate, I think it's a little over £1 a month but nothing much to worry about.
Well I said I didn't have much to say and that was about it.

I called Leeds BS last night and as my interest rate has finally gone down I'll be saving £88 a month on my mortgage payments. Makes a huge difference. I'm hoping to plough some money into paying off the money I borrowed on my Dads credit card as I'm hardly getting anywhere paying that off.
Some good news as last though! Yey Me!:jDMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 19017/05/08 - Total on DMP: £10025.7007/05/14 - Total on DMP: £1666.20 DFD: July 2017!!Baby Tomos born 5th June 2009 - 6lb 5oz :jWeight Loss Target - to lose 60.8lb by NYE 2015 - 37.6lb TO GO0 -
That's great news. Glad to see that things are going well.

Thanks. I'm so glad I took the bull by the horns and started dealing with my debt properly this year. At last I can finally see my debts going down and I won't be borrowing to pay for Xmas. It'll be the 1st Xmas that will be paid for before not afterwards.
Good Luck to everyone else this Xmas :xmassmileDMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 19017/05/08 - Total on DMP: £10025.7007/05/14 - Total on DMP: £1666.20 DFD: July 2017!!Baby Tomos born 5th June 2009 - 6lb 5oz :jWeight Loss Target - to lose 60.8lb by NYE 2015 - 37.6lb TO GO0 -
I can't believe it. I'm pregnant. I can't believe it. I honestly never actually thought I'd ever get pregnant. Just couldn't see it happening.
Ok, so I'm probably not in the best position financially, but people are a lot worse off than me.
It just doesn't seem real yet. I have no idea how far along I am or anything yet.
