I had my 1st statement since they agreed and what d'ya know there is interest on there. Yet another letter to be written. Grrr!

Well before I had a chance to send this letter, I have received one from CL Finance as my debt has now been passed to them. They have said to stick to the agreement, I just wonder why GE Money bothered at all.

Even though the letter stated that they were putting me back on Dolphin35 I have had a statement since with just £7.83 worth of charges on there. Not complaining as such but I would like to know what they are for. 2nd Letter. Grumble Grumble.

Oh well, they've passed the rest of my contract on to dlc now anyway. I'm gonna go home tonight and scrutinize the amount they say I owe as I don't really trust Orange anymore. Glad they've sold the debt on though. Now I can just limit my mobile costs every month and hopefully offer dlc less than the £35 a month that my contract was.

Now I know it's my fault, nut I've fallen slightly behind in my mortgage. My regular payments are £497 pounds and I'm in arrears by about £145 I think.

I fell behind because my boyfriend booked a holiday in Devon (which he paid for) and I felt I had to stump up some cash for spending money. I know it was wrong and even worse is that I didn't tell him the situation.

Well on Friday, someone came to the front door at 8.15am because I was in arrears. He said he was not a debt collector but a counsellor and didn't want any money off me.

I felt absolutely terrible for not telling my boyfriend and letting him find out like that. To make things worse though, they said I owed £667. They'd lost £550 that I paid at the end of July. They've found it now after a load of calls which is a relief.

What a mess I've got myself into. Good thing is they've said I can have up to 6 months to pay the arrears back and using their figures, I owe less than I thought at £117.

    Well, I needed that rant.....thanks

Well, since I have had a letter from DLC I have also received a bill from Orange. The bill from Orange is for my arrears and my bill from DLC is for the total contract remaining. Confused or what? Who owns my debt now?

It's not often something like this happens to me, but at last something goes my way. It's only a little bit of good fortune, but every little counts. It turns out I've overpaid on my Student Loan and I'm due a refund of about £80. I thought I still had loads to repay, but I assume this means it's cleared now. I'm going to write and get confirmation of the balance to be sure. But woohoo! They said it will be transferred to my bank account in 3-5 working days. :j

I knew I shouldn't have got too excited. They've refunded into my old account (which is on DMP) even though I supplied them with my new account details over the phone and in writing. Boohoo! That's the last I see of that.

Really in the dumps today. I'm paying out £500 a month on an interest only mortgage for a share in a 1 bedroom flat. I'm really wishing I hadn't gone and spent so irresponsibly on credit cards for all those years. I really want to move to a larger house. Even though I could get a cheaper property I can't get a new mortgage becuase of my bad credit and with the slump in the market and the early redemptin fees I'll be in negative equity anyway. Fed up of not having any room, fed up of not having a garden but looks like I'm stuck her for another 18 months at least. I know I've only got myself to blame, I just wish I'd thought ahead. Boohoo!

So I pay Littlewoods £7.22 a month on my DMP and they have agreed to stop interest, however, for the last 2 months they have charged me £12 administration charges. What is the point in that? Therefore my debt has actually increased. Nightmare! More letters req'd.....Grrr!

Well we've bought a new car. When I say we, I mean my boyfriend bought the car obviously as I have no money. It's a 56 Plate Fiat Grande Punto. He's not really happy with it because of the small engine size, but it's cheap to tax and should be cheap to insure so I'm trying to reassure him. I'm excited about picking it up anyway. :)

It looks as though Evans Halshaw can't prove service history even though they said it had it and they said there would be 1 yr manufacturers warranty which could now be invalid without the service history.

I'm going to try get our deposit back today. Wish me luck.
