Thanks for all the kind words everyone. :A

There are worse things happening to lots of you so it is very kind of you all to mention me. :o
She is in no pain whatsoever, just very sleepy as she is so anaemic and is purring away beside me here. She has stopped eating though so I reckon it won't be long. Part of the reason for taking her home today is that I want the vet to put her to sleep at home to avoid her having any more stress. I just hope it doesn't happen on Saturday which is the twins' birthday or Sunday which is their party as that would be rotten for them but what will be will be.

Just went for a walk and made it into Tesco where I bought £29 worth of fruit and veg reduced to £2.60. ;) Including 4 punnets of cherries down from £2.99 to 10p. :T Am off to make the lunches now and OH is building me a squirrel house to see if we can encourage the red squirrels to stick around.

Annie... I'm glad Pheobe is no worse.
Smoky...I meant to say it was lovely to hear from you earlier.xxx
Heavenleigh.. Your baby girl is beautiful!!
Squiggly.... I'm glad the date went well. :D

    Sleep well everyone

    Haribo x

Edited to add... My thanks button is kaput.

Hi all - just a quickie from me; it's been a busy day. (((Hugs))) to you and the family HARIBO for your little kittie- I've been there more than once and know how horrible it is.

TWINK - thanks for asking about my DS - he is much better today and truly on the mend. He's so rarely ill that it made me worry quite irrationally about him.

Well, I'm dead beat now so I'm going to have a sit down on the sofa with a cuppa and an earlyish night. See you all tomorrow; hope to spend more time here then.

    Evening everyone

Literally just finished work, but got loads done so nice and ahead for the next few days.

Had a free lunch today owing to a work contact so that was a nice surprise.

Petrol's just gone up another penny here, but thankfully I won't need to fill up again till next week. I just avoid going out. Work have invited me to the final of the tennis next weekend, so that's VIP treatment with free food and drink and prime seats:T

Feeling slightly low today as all my friends seem to be moving away, but I know most of that's because I've been working too much. Just need a rest and I'll feel more like me again.

    Hope everyone's ok

    Just a quick hello.

:grouphug:pen-pin, smokey, h-j,annie, and all others too :grouphug:

Beginning to think doing nothing to rather time consuming IYKWIM.

Been out tonight to local bar/restaurant with live music on. Walked there and back, together with an half hour way before 10am this morning. DH just collapsed on the sofa, so better wake him up and point him upstairs.

    Rather sticky tonight.

Why is it I have less time now I am retired then when I worked?
