Thanks Mary ... they are gothic knee highs lol ... bought them cheap off ebay ... the pink and black pair are for the next one which is for my daughter

Hi all!
I did post and share a piccie of the sock monkey I made, not sure which page its on now.
Rusty - I used knee high socks a couple of times and they make for very long limbed monkeys, I find them very cute though hehe.

pls can anyone recommend where i can get brown pipe cleaners from for the flannel reindeers??

i have tried, whsmiths, wilkos, the local craft type shops and ebay, im really struggling

I just googled 'how to make a sock monkey' and all sorts came up.........some looked more complicated than others. Some interesting stuff about the origin of them though and worth a read.

Am still wondering whether I can attempt one or not with all the other things I've got to do...........

Seller is lovely and they arrived within 2 days which I was amazed at. They are cheap aswell. I have since bought other items from her.

Hobbycraft sell them - £1.49 for 25. That's where I got mine.
