Please introduce yourself to me as I am pretty sure we have never met and discussed what my BTL Empire is worth.
I never have to overvalue my stock because I have always bought at prices that I know I can continue to make money on.
But like I say you must be some kind of expert yourself. How many do you own????????????
Oh nought, must be very well worthwhile listening to your advice.

You are very wrong, Broders offers balanced advice which certain posters on here cant take.I think mr.broderick is the prime example of someone who like to argue for arguments sake.
I am the one who is prepared to argue against all the rubbish postered on here by scaremongerers who are so bitter at missing out the first time and will miss out again.0

How many do you own with collapsing equity, no real deposits, nationally falling rents and interest only mortgages?
Doesn't look like a strong position to me.
