Slipthru as you posted in an appropriate manner i will answer your post.
I don't believe anything and to be totally honest i don't really care, i originally came here to find out the cheapest electricity supplier around 3 years ago, even before i joined i think. I get really wound up by the constant threads from people like !!!!!!,carolt etc (sorry if i have to keep dropping names) who try and force sentiment, i am all for a balanced view, if prices drop i acknowledge this and if that is the market so be it but in my opinion we are not going to see the falls being wildly predicted here, that's all, no motives, no VI, i just want it to be fair..:A0 -

It has ceased to be. If you had not nailed it to the perch it would be pushing up the daisies.Politics is not the art of the possible. It consists of choosing between the disastrous and the unpalatable. J. K. Galbraith0 -
The bottom of the market was about 6 years ago, this is just a blip :rotfl:0

Does anyone know what Broderick's agenda is? It seems to be something other than just relentless property ramping - BTL landlord; Recent buyer, someone in an SO scheme; what?0

I don't believe he has a vested interest to be honest. I am of the understanding he got fed up of renting and then bought a year or so ago. Each to his own and he did what he thought was best for his family, which you can't argue with as they are number one regardless of house prices going up or down.
But to come back to your point, I think he just likes it here. The forums would certainly be a duller place without people like Mr B to keep the debate "lively"0
