    Cheers!

The second my locals stop accepting coupons, I'm back off to Sainsburys. Far better food for a start.

Waitrose is even better and my local one doesn't bat an eyelid providing their stock the item in question.
Plus you get sales asssistants who actually smile rather than walk around with a face resembling a bulldog chewing a wasp.
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

I have jsut come back from Tesco in Watford. I asked about the coupon policy and was told that they will now take coupons with a conditional spend from other supermarkets, ie the Morrisons one from the Sun giving money off a £30 spend. These are the only coupons they will take. They will not take ordinary money off coupons, unless they are Tesco specific and you buy the product.

think Mr T will be shooting himself in the foot if he adopts this as a policy, I would join with the PTSers above and shift my allegiance immediately if Mr T stopped taking MOCs - I would be straight back to Morrisons which is nearer, and much cheaper, it's only because of MOCs that I shop at Tesco

I reckon it must be close on 2 years since Tesco in Watford stopped taking coupons unless you bought the product.
Cetainly not true at all, they're still happily accepting coupons at Watford

well there is a lot of tescos that are stopping the coupons, i use coupons too so it affects me too. i think its not very nice to suggest that some people are telling untruths
  • hi
I dont think any one is telling lies but i do think it depends on who you speak to. One day i was told i was commiting fraud if my vouchers went though another time they will happily do as many as you like and last week i was told they only accept seven at a time .i hope they dont stop it as im just starting to get the swing of things with these coupons
