So I have had a quiet weekend. Kids have been thoroughly soaked at cub camp, which they loved. Cost me an absolute bomb in petrol getting there and back and my brother treated me to the new Indiana Jones film at the cinema. I remembered why I don't go to the cinema when it came to £18+ to get in and I got no change from £4.50 for a drink and a share of some popcorn.

Am going to go through the house this week, throwing out anything that is broken, ebaying anything that I can sell and freecycling anything I can't. Need to phone the bank tomorrow to see what they are going to do about my bank charges. Hurrumph.

    Petrol £15,
    Clothes for the kids £8
    Groceries £23.99
    Disability costs £80.99
Popcorn and pop at cinema £4.50

    Gas on card £10

Total spend this weekend £143.45 this week £244.46 this month £627.62

Well after a 45 minute call to hsbc this morning and the pleasure of speaking to 5 different people, I am going to have to take them to court to get my bank charges back. I am getting next to no advice on the bank charging forum, so I guess I will just have to go to my local court to pick up some papers for a small claim.

I have had a !!!!!! of a day, for some reason the kids have been driving me demented today. I have got nowhere with the bank and I have found out that my house will be ready in 2 weeks and I haven't got enough money for my deposit (Only about half), am looking into a community care grant (with me being disabled and moving so I can be closer to my mam so she can help me). I have my first mystery shopper assignment, but to be honest I am not looking forward to it, dunno why.

I did my first (and second) mystery shops today and have earned £15, which is grand. It will go straight into paying off my debts when I receive it next month. I am so pleased that I have done this. My kids are still driving me crazy, my ten year old has been singing AC/DC's "Highway to Hell" since she got in from school very loudly, and she has a project to do for music, and while the others in her class are doing Girls Aloud and Kanye West and such, she is doing it on The Pixies and The Wildhearts. Saying that, I much prefer her to be herself than a clone.

Spending has been not so bad, got an additional payment from the Child Tax Credits people and I have checked and the £90 is mine, :j yay, so its gone into the house moving pot. Paid some bills and so on. Second week that I have come in under my food budget too. :j

    Mastercard payment £4
    Trinity Youth Arrears £10
    Surestart Arrears £10

I have another mystery shop to do today, plus while I am in town I am going to pick up the court papers to take HSBC to the cleaners, lol. Am going to try and spend as little as I can today. Am dead chuffed that I have had two weeks under my £50 challenge. Shows that it can be done.

Have not done too bad, BUT I caught my middle DD at the sweet shop spending her swimming money, instead of going straight to school this morning. She spent £1.43 of her £2 and I was furious!

She was sent off to school with a flea in her ear. Then I have been decluttering my house. Have managed 4 bin bags worth of stuff today. I didn't realise how much junk I have.

Went to the local court and got the court papers, did the mystery shop I had to do, then cheated on my MS and bought a subway with my brother. Bit peed off that I didn't resist that one. Hmmm.

    Spent today:

Petrol £10 (Have spent loads on fuel this week)
    Groceries £14
DD2's swimming money (which turned out to be sweet shop money) £1.43
    DD2's additional swimming money £2
    DD3's playgroup fees
    Subway £6.42

Spent today £35.85 Spent this week £86.28 Spent this month £786.76
Grocery challenge £50 for the week £28.55

Went to register with Quidco, and found that I already had an account with them. I can't remember opening one, so it must have been a while back, hey ho! Am going to continue my decluttering today, and my dad and brother are coming over to help me at lunchtime, so hopefully we can get all these bin bags to the tip. I cant believe how much junk I have.

Had a virtually no spend day today, spent a total of £2.70, yay me!

Cleared out more clutter, I must be a horder or something, the amount of !!!! I had in my house, jeez. Got a £2 in my change yesterday so my £2 savers club is up and running. Got the court papers for the bank, and have been trying to get those sorted, aye right!

So today has been productive in a non-glamourous way.

    Sweets for kids £1.50

Spent today £2.70 spent this week £88.98 spent this month £789.46
