    Are you sure she needs to go to get into school - isn't it done on catchment area?

    Check with the Local AUthority what the allocation policy is and if she doesn't need toi go - don't send her yet. Or wait till she's older. 2.5 is still tiny and she will be so much more grown up in a year.
