Perhaps they think the OP is into money laundering or is a drug dealer. Also it could be something on your credit report and provided the letter from the NATWEST is genuine I would definately have sight of your credit report.
Also if the OP phoned Royal Mail postcodes and give them the PO Box no. and postcode for the box they will be able to confirm the company name behind the box.
I am almost certain that royal mail will not disclose this information to any one they have strict procedure on this0 -

No, I think that RM have to disclose the actual address and details behind a PO box if you ask them. I seem to remember this being a term on the T&Cs of a PO Box.A friend is someone who understands your past, believes in your future, and accepts you just the way you are.0 -
Sounds very odd that it was delivered by motorcycle courier.
Possibly bank is worried that there is something with a smell of money laundering going on???
Or (no offence to OP) is something else behind it that the OP has not divulged.
Key will be - was it "Dear OP" or "Dear Natwest Customer". I've had about 15 scam emails to do with my Natwest account over the last week. Funny thing is, I don't have a Natwest account!!!0 -

Incorrect. They will give you the name behind the box. However they will not give you the address details.0 -

ITS SCAM!!!!!!! Check the letter for spelling mistakes such as ""please not" instead of please note!!!!!0

Could of been a typo on the OP's part - they would of typed the letter onto the thread rather than cut and paste from an email.
I agree though - it smells deeply of fish. Does anyone know you are a professional gambler?
I would be thinking that some jelous little imp was after my wonga and would go into my branch to chat to someone.0 -
can you teach us how to gamble professionally!!!!0
