According to the Christmas magazine that is not how they do it. Quote " Our tills automatically put your items in price order and give you every third item free - so you're guaranteed the best price every time!0 -

Yes, that's how they did it - starting with the most expensive down to the least and every 3rd one was free!

The christmas shopping t&c's dont mention mobile top ups. Is it definite that you cant spend £50 on top ups to get 1200 points at the christmas evening?“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

Yippee same night in Derby its Burtons 20% off, free drink and meet the FHM girls so better take my camera!!
Then its off to Boots to get 1200 points for £50 spend with free samples to try and free prize draws to enter.
Wonder if Burtons are doing a prize draw to win a FHM girl?0 -
I just got back from my local Boots christmas shopping evening.
i spent just over £60 and got just over 1900 points. triple points were only on the 200 you normally get when spending £50, they don't triple the 1200.
also the only freebies i saw were mince pies and sweeties and drinks. saw no such thing as FHM girls or wine or sandwiches. was not pleased with stupid sales assistent who wouldnt go check the stock room for the kenco frothie machine, ended up with coffee machine instead and loads of bath/shower/baby stock ups.:A Boots Tart :A0 -
i think you will find the previous poster was talking about Burtons for the free wine and meeting the FHM girls0

Spent quite a lot today.
Spent £104 in Boots, got aftershave x 2, toiletries and quite a lot of kids clothes. Got £35 back in points.
Earlier on took advantage of the Argos PS2 Bundle offer were I got slimline PS2, with accessories such as steering wheelETC ETC as well as two games which retail on Amazon for £29.99 each. I paid £99.99 got £10 gift voucher back as well as using £15 of nectar points towards it.
This money saving is costing me an absolute fortune!!!!!!
