Yawn. A forum poster got a prediction wrong. Whoop-de-doo.
You're right, it's all become a bit too boring.

I woud think that Nollag is ripping Brit and the rest of his ghetto for not listening to anyone that the house price correction was not going to be as deep as they preached.

It never happened and they still preach continually that it will happen so it's getting boring either way.

Truth be told, in 2008 it was easy to predict a collapse in the price of anything ...... in 2009 House Prices hit their low.

I was amongst those waiting for further falls - these falls didn't happen.

And, today, House Prices haven't fallen anywhere ..... indeed they are 10% up on 2009.

Hindsight is marvellous .... House Prices in the UK will not fall - anyone who thinks/hopes they will are deluding themselves.

Plenty of Greeks, Spanish and Italians are looking to pull their money out of their Banks and into the concrete solidity that is the UK House Market.

No it wasn't. Everyone went in blind. Even the banks didn't see it coming and what didn't go bust needed a bail out.

You should work for bank. You would solve all their problems with your crystal ball, shame it has a lag of 3-4 years before it tells you anything or is that just hindsight?

The banks didn't go in blind. The good ones knew they were overexposed which is why Goldman Sachs is in so much trouble. They were hedging while selling.

But I wish I was around when this was first posted :rotfl: Thumbs up to anything that !!!!es off DpchMoron.
