    You must be referring to "Real Terms" crash.
    Best you keep hoping for high inflation then.
    That way you get your "real term" crash whilst nominally they stagnate.

    Stupid thing is, do you realise that unless your wage inflation matches / exceeds general inflation, your likely to have less disposable income and despite the nominal price not increasing, you'll find it increasingly difficult to afford that stagnant nominal price?

    LOLz, I just sold my flat this week (after 6 days) for the same price I bought it for around the time this thread was started....

    Only a little over a week now to see if brit1234's prophecy comes true

    Not looking so good for the 50% fall by June 9th, is it?

    Brit also stocked up on gold and silver last year with her house deposit money. That hasnt worked out too well either.
