The recipe is in post #6 on my first ever cooking thread, here.

If you can't follow it, post back because I can now unblokify it, if that would help. :D

Further exploits listed here, just in case you have a lot of time on your hands. ;)
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

I normally try to find a cheese with chillies in, as I like a bit of a kick. Today I used brie & St Agur, which was good.
If you use a milder cheese, a spoonful of mustard power into the sauce gives it a nice lift, as does a light dusting of paprika on the finished article. ;)trink04.gif

  • I had some Wensleydale cheese delivered in error by ASDA - got to keep it, and wasn't charged for it :) But I have no idea what I can make with it or use it for!

    Any suggestions?

It makes lovely cheesy mash! Or I used to go to a cafe in York which sadly closed down but they did a fab tomato and wensleydale salad!!

Eat it with crackers, like Wallace and Gromit, cracking!

Eat a piece with a slice of your christmas cake, the traditional Yorkshire way :)

  • I would have had it with crackers but I don't have any! Hmmm might do some cheesy mash with it later in the week!
