I normally try to find a cheese with chillies in, as I like a bit of a kick. Today I used brie & St Agur, which was good.
If you use a milder cheese, a spoonful of mustard power into the sauce gives it a nice lift, as does a light dusting of paprika on the finished article.If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
I had some Wensleydale cheese delivered in error by ASDA - got to keep it, and wasn't charged for it
But I have no idea what I can make with it or use it for!

It makes lovely cheesy mash! Or I used to go to a cafe in York which sadly closed down but they did a fab tomato and wensleydale salad!!0
