I don't think it's the going out that's making me upset for a change. I need to talk to Janette but I'm not supposed to contact her if I'm in crisis and the hospital is too far away to travel to. I can't phone Samaritans because they'll just tell me to go to the hospital like they did before.
I don't know why I feel like this. I have friends. I shouldn't feel lonely and isolated and I shouldn't have all these feelings and thoughts locked inside my head.

Seeing Karl at the beginning of July. =/

woodwork class went well, nearly finished my project now, just needs back screwing on, then i can bring it home next week.
i only get up cos of son too alba, otherwise i'd still be asleep til lunchtime lol

Anni, why not try calling saneline or something similar? Maybe just talking might help today? It's a bad phase your going through, and it's very easy (and normal) to feel alone even with lots of people round about.

Bit ironic calling Saneline seeing as Sane is my surname.lol. And that's no joke. Also ironic having that surname when I have mental health problems.lol.
I can't even pick up the phone at the moment. I'm meant to call Sue about my garden but I can't.Going to go online to see if Emz is online and going to try and stay online so I don't do anything stupid.

OMG Anni :eek: that's incredible! It's an unusal surname too!

How about emailing a helpline if you can't phone, not sure if that's a good idea, and don't consider it if you have any doubt. Def try and stay online and keep as occupied as possible. I'm going to have a shower but will be back soon. Any of your msn contacts online? Chat to as many as pos.

It's Irish.lol. My grandma's maiden name is Ellis but after her and my granddad got divorced she decided to keep the name. They split up in the 60s but he filed for divorce in the 90s so it seemed a bit of a hassle having to change everything after 30 years.

I'm going to try and email Samaritans. I have an anonymous email address that I use for confidential things so will use that. Emz is online, thankfully.

Feeling really down but talking to my best friend which I think is helping.
Haven't had the date yet. It's in July. Want to be brace free for the date.lol. Get my braces off at the beginning of July. I've roped Karl into coming with me to hold my hand. Not really but he's still coming with me.
