    Gosh, Steph, another early riser!!

Chollita, I lived in Mallorca 15 years. It all started as me going over as a rep. Been back in Scotland 10 years now. It was a bit of a culture shock coming back here!

I can see why the pressure is on you both just now! The stress of the situation will put pressure on your relationship. Hopefully as things improve you will both start feeling better.

Hope everyone has a good day.

    Had a mixed day yesterday.

Lovely weather - went to Bournemouth

Car was a pain, the roof mechanism played up but OK now, the garage couldn't find why my radio doesn't work when the roof is down. I feel I got the dud car but will stick with it till September and get a 4 door car for winter. I will know in August whether we can stay here longer or not so might have to househunt again.

Supermarkets really annoy me at the check out. They nearly always make mistakes and having to pack. I do hate the amount of time we have to handle food, buying, packing, unpacking, cooking and cleaning up. It would be so easy not to eat - save so much money and effort.

Went for a walk by the sea with my OH and had a drink at a nice place there. Rang our son and apparently he was just outside in the car and he parked up and we stayed there a couple of hours for a light meal. He had just come back from Download.

morning all, still feeling bit low and anxious, scared of what son will do next i guess, he is so moody and unpredictable all the time right now. hasn't helped that his pyschiatrist lowered his meds, because of his weight gain, well known side effect with resperidone apparently, and he still on a fairly high dose. its a drug thats not recommended for children according to the leaflet that comes with it, but both sons take it as prescribed by pysch, as nothing else has any effect on them.
sons behaviour really affects my moods, feel tied to them and the house cant work even when i feel well enough as i'm always on call in case i'm needed by school at short notice to pick them up.
sorry moaning again, seem to do that a lot when i feel down.
going to my day centre today, for woodwork class.
also the occupational therapist rang me yesterday to make an appointment for anxiety management so hopefully that will help
    hope everyone ok,
    big hugs

    Hello everyone.

How are you all? I'm feeling like I need to go for a big run to burn off this nervous energy.lol.
Waiting for Nikki to email back just to check things are still okay for Wednesday and she hasn't emailed back yet. I know she's busy though. I'm just worried she's going to say she can't make it. I would understand if she couldn't but I don't want to go on my own.lol.

    Morning everyone!
Lol, Steph, you did beat me. I slept in, ops. I went running out the door half asleep to drop my son at school.

Gosh, what a small world! Sounds like you had a nice day yesterday. Weird about the radio though!

Shaz, sorry your not feeling good. I guess life is full of the unpredictable for you, it's so normal to feel anxious and low when you don't know what will happen next. As the boys get older things just seem to get worse, teenage years are a nightmare and they are a constant worry. Things will improve as they get older and you have to try to not worry about things that may never happen.

Hi Maverick, good luck with DLA, sorry to hear about work. The same thing happened to me. I didn't do anything about it, I just didn't have the strength. Hope your new pills help.

Chollita, the work sounds great. I'll keep you busy and hopefully help the stress you're under just now. Can't be easy finding the right kind of work there. I'm 44 this year, OMG, the years are just flying by!

Anyone have any plans today? I'm going to search again for my watch... I keep looking in the same places over and over hoping it'll turn up!

I'm battling with either staying in and being less anxious or going out and getting panicky but getting out of the house.lol.

I'm driving myself insane in here and I really don't want to be alone at the moment so I might go out to do some photography to take my mind off of things.

Going out sounds like a good idea, get some fresh air, and do some photography. You came up with some ideas the other day. How's your weather? It's dull, & drizzle here

Go out, take some deep breaths and even if you're only out half an hour, it's better than nothing.

Guess the sun isn't being too helpful just now, with improving our moods:o

Just wanted to say to Tulip....don't be too hard on yourself because I can remember you being very well. It wasn't that long ago either, because I "disappeared" Easter time & you were doing really well then. So chin up my Friend, I KNOW you have the strength of character to be back in a good place very soon.

As to why I've been absent for a while, it's no real biggy. I've been trying to concentrate on getting my [money] budgets sorted so have been spending more time on the Grocery threads. Like everyone else, just when I think I've got it sussed the bluddin prices go manic:mad: so I feel like I'm back to square one.

Work are being a major pain & want me to resign, but I not convinced that it would be in MY best interests--more likely so they don't look bad in dismissing someone on the sick. One of the offspring is also being pressurised into leaving their job too, cuz of a back injury that was actually declared on the application:cool: ! And another offspring is having a running "discussion" re: further training that was promised TWO YEARS ago but still not happening:mad:

So--all in all--Chez Mumma is a wonderful place to be just now:o

Sorry I haven't been posting recently - I've been really low lately and felt I couldn't contribute to the thread. Anyway, helllo again.
