Sorry I wasnt online much last night,had a very early night at 8.30pm thanks BMF for the nice message and also Alba I just feel so down,:hello: SF hope you are fine

I am going to try and go out when my parents come and get some nice fresh air and that will make me feel better just had one of my meds upped a bit to see if there will be any difference in my moods.

Oh SF, had been worrying about you. I quite understand why you haven't felt like posting, but thanks for letting me know you're still about.

Thanks sweetie, its weird to think someone might worry. Just been feeling really rough, not getting up during the day etc.

I noticed you weren't around. I hope things get better for you very soon. It's a good sign your up today. I normally only get up cause I have to. If I didn't have my son, I'd be in bed so much more.

Alba - I went out but had to come home after a short while because I couldn't concentrate and as soon as I got in and shut the door I burst out crying. I hate being like this.

Katie - I hope the increase in meds helps hun. *hugs*

Aww Anni, you tried. And that's good. Stop crying, you're home and you're safe now. Try to feel good for taking the steps and going out. How's things with Karl, have you seen him?
