I am sitting on the veranda in the blazing sunshine and it is bliss. My OH and son have gone out for the day alone and not had the place to myself before. I feel so light and happy:)

Can I just ask if fellow suffers of depression experience people telling them to 'stop wallowing in self pity' and 'pull yourself together', or is it just me?
Yes my mother is of that opinion - really gets on my nerves

Maybe it is an age thing where the older generation just got on with it or got committed if they made too much of it.

I'm a BB addict but can't get the full live feed, so will watch the highlights show - there isn't anyone that likeable, even the Scots - why do they pick the oddball Scots?

I auditioned in Glasgow in 2006 and did get thro to the second stage but dried up in the Diary Room, I couldn't think of owt to say that grabbed em - I only went for a laugh and was so shocked when I got thro the first part:eek:
