    I don't know - I've got a b/p in mind but I know I shouldn't as its late, and I'll just feel horrible tomorrow and its not good etc. sigh. how are you?

    Anything you can do to avoid b/p? I did earlier, and I feel really, really rough. Always forget how exhausting it is.

    Why can't you sleep?

    Were you trying not to do it for a day or something? Try and stay strong, and remember how it feels after you've done it - not so great.

    It is exhausting, and I don't know why I've got it into my head at this time of night - stupid really. It's because I'm already worried about results in 3 weeks time, and I'm dreading explaining to people what I've got (I don't think I'm going to get the result I should have.)

    Yes, I wanted to try and get through a day without doing it. I managed, but the urge is still there. Its annoying just putting it off and putting it off - when will the urge go?

    It is exhausting, and I don't know why I've got it into my head at this time of night - stupid really. It's because I'm already worried about results in 3 weeks time, and I'm dreading explaining to people what I've got (I don't think I'm going to get the result I should have.)
    I suppose like with the SH, got to try and remember how it really feels during/after and make a rational descison. I can understand your worries. Do you think people will react negatively? IF (big if) you don't achieve what you could have done, I think your circumstances more than explain it, and I'm sure other people will understand how tough things are for you? Personally, I think that getting as far as you have done is a huge achievement.

    I hope you are alright SF and that you can sleep. Maybe try to lie in bed for 30 minutes before getting up and acting on any urges? I might try that.

    I don't know if opeople will react negatively, I'm pretty certain my mum will. I hope you don't SH, but I can understand if it ends up being a no win situation. -hugs- I'm going to go to bed now and see if I can get some sleep. Talk to you tomorrow xxx
