I am sooo jealous about the Hackett bag :rotfl: i saw that yesterday at £3.50 but well done to you for getting it for 29p:rotfl: they put out loads of reduced hackett stuff yesterday I got some body spray. Not that I need to buy any more I sorted all my men's stuff out today and have enough for OH's birthday and 3 Christmas hampers:rotfl:

did you get the jam session in the market place? if so they must have reduced it since yesterday cos it was £3.75.

I will try the moisturiser from the GWP and see what i think.

that was so kind of your DD to give her vouchers away. I gave one to a student in North road yesterday - she was so embarassed but I hope she used it:D

well done on such a great shop.
They did still have two more of the Hackett bags, I wondered later if they would have gone through on 342 (with mens toiletries being on 342) Was quite happy with just one for 29p though :D

The Jam Session was in the Arnison Centre, seemed to be quite a few reductions on the shelves in the luxury bathing ranges which I resisted. I've been keen to try the Jam Sessions but was waiting for a reduction.

DD has recently got the Benefit glosses x 3 with Glamour mag and some BarryM stuff from another mag too. She's growing into quite a sensible shopper I think :T

I saw the jam session for £2.50 at the arnison centre but was out of stock yesterday. Can't believe it is only reduced to £3.75 in the market place.

these were still £1 ea in my store on friday :( perhaps I should move :rotfl:
The wet look gels were 29p but the strong hold ordinary gels were £1.29 I think.

its the wet look ones I have been buying and thought them a bargin at £1 never mind there are more NC bags here "than I can shake a stick at" as Minx would say :rotfl:

I love that saying thats how I remember Minx :)
  • Hi I found this site a couple of days ago (and its a bit addictive!) and thought I would pluck up courage to join, and post a message ~ hope this works! I'm a bit of a technophobe.

I have been using the voucher machine in Boots for a while but can see now that I am really not making the most of the offers and vouchers etc so THANKS to all who post on this site.

My local Boots is Crawley, West Sussex and today I spent £29.37 and got back 996 points and a NO7 GWP, so I did alright but I've a lot to learn, I can see that!

In Crawley, they had reduced Ted Baker gift sets, down to £3.25 and £4.50. The cheaper one had 4 travel size things in it, the dearer one had 3 full size items in it.

A few Elle MacPherson lines were reduced and BOGOF. Some Natural Collection was half-price (lipglosses & Mirror sets, body spray sets, sponges etc) but there were no GWP on the shelf. There were a couple of the Mediteranean GWP on the shelf, and there were 2 types of bath soak that were half price, down to £2.50. I don't know if the till could be fooled into thinking you spent £10 (to get the GWP) if you bought 2 of them? I didnt try it as I've got TONS of that range already!

There were also some random Sanctuary lines reduced - some Lomi Lomi and some Sento. I got Lomi Lomi bath oil down to £3.98 then used a £3 voucher I had, so 98p!

I got a £5 fragrance voucher which I then used against Davidoff Cool Water Wave 50ml, which was £14.75 down from £29.50 .. making it £9.75.
Hope this info helps someone and sorry this post is maybe too long, but hope it helps someone. Bye for now.

    Hello and welcome pinkandwhites

I'm pretty new here too. This is the best place I've found for friendly, helpful people who really put themselves out to work out combinations for everyone and share what they've found in different stores.
    :D

It sounds like you had a pretty successful shop too. ;)
  • think I've got something new to add at last!!!
Got a no7 eye shadow brush today with the voucher so it cost 75p!!! no beeps Hopefully it will work with the other brushes too.
many thanks for this as I am in need of a new brush :)

the only thing we have reduced are the mother pucker lip gloss :(
  • Will add a shoppping list late but can I ask - do you get AC points on Estee Lauder purchases?
I bought a foundation and a concealor today and got bonus 500pts and GWP but no normal points? :confused:just to add SA did tell me I would get bonus pts & GWP
Also if I should have had points what can I do about it?

Sorry to bump but does anyone know? :o

I also have a 300pts when you spend £35 that I should have used on the above transaction.
If I call CS about the EL points above and say ACM voucher wouldnt scan would they add these points?
    Any replies very gratefully received
