    snipped...
Just wish i could get to a big store, i miss all the scouting about and rummaging the aisles and of course all the lovley counters, i did look on the clinique website about the bonus time but it is not listed on there, if anyone does know the end date could you please post it here or pm me, many many thanks.

    Sarah x

    Hi Sarah Skint,

The Clinique bonus time finishes on the 15th of June and not all the stores have the white vanity bag GWP. Best thing to do is phone a store with a clinique counter and if they don't have it then they should be able to check which ones do. Boots CS can't help, tried this morning.
  • I know I am well behind, I am still catching up on the old thread!:o

But I couldn't resist posting to say that, despite having read posts on old thread about NC bag glitch being spotted by SA's and offer finishing, when I went into town today, the sign was still up for free bag with £5 spend and there were 2 bags there. So I got a couple of the masks and a bag with some other stuff and it went through free:j . I was well pleased as I thought I had missed the boat on this one. First bag I have seen since reading about the glitch. Thank you to ScorpioKitten I think for spotting this one:T . I left the other bag for someone else.

Also I got two lots of nail polish with the £5 off voucher and used the 250 points vouchers as well. Both of mine scanned no problem. Thank you so much Polls Dolls for sharing that voucher.:T

Also got the UG shampoo/conditioner with the Express voucher from last Sat. According to my two receipts I saved £9.99 each time and I only spent £10 odd in all.:rotfl:

Right back to carry on catching up.

Oh Im glad you found out about the brushes. :D I was looking at those the other day and wondering but decided to get more varnishes mainly because my DD keeps relocating mine! LOL

I am seriously thinking about getting a mirror now though. Are they really cool?
I like the mirror and the magnifying side is great, however I do wish that the light was a bit brighter

No probs, I'm normally too scared to try anything new, but i must be getting a bit braver and thought I'd give it a go!

Dont have a mirror myself but have read great reviews on here

I've bought the mirror too and was thinking the same about the light.

Do you think it would be ok to put a brighter bulb in it or would it melt the insides?

When I bought it the SA told me it wouldn't count towards the GWP because it was electrical. Is she wrong? It'll be another narked off phone call to CS tomorrow if I could have got one.

Slightly off topic, I got a perfume til spit today and whilst eyeing up Chanel (I know I can't use the till spit on it but no harm in looking!) I noticed there's eau de toilette and eau de parfam. What is the difference??? (please excuse my ignorance, I just don't know!)

Does No7 have a quick-dry nail polish? That's all I use, and I couldn't find one in the past. I'd love to use that email coupon on it!

Yeah it's called Speed dry. My store has 10 of them.

Thanks for sharing your opinion of the mirror aMeLia'S~MuMMY, but have just read about it on the website and realised it is illuminated and therefore needs to be plugged in! Stupid, stupid moi. I was intending putting it on my bathroom windowsill.

    did you "shop" today
YEP in our local ...had TS long shampoo and conditioners in blue and pink..only pink went through the till free with ACM and PC vouchers..so got the blue ones voided. Also got No7 eyeliner for £2.

Alo got a couple of model me things for £3.xx

Manager was on shop floor today so was playing hide and seek with her but everytime I was heading for the till she just seemed to appear LOL.. even kept going between N7 main and pharmacy ones ! didn't want to draw attention to myself with the 2 TS vouchers so waited for her to dissapear...was in Boots for ages...must have looked like a shoplifter !!

Noticed the sanctuary brown suee bags all gone now...still scaning at £20 last week but not sure if they reduced them..they are lablelled as 'mothersday' after all. did you get one ??

    Have you been ?

(BTW been to your shop ( last week) got some shoes, you weren't in but got different ones than you DD)

Had a good raid of the clearance stands today. Resisted the Med GWP, even though they had quite a few still in Marketplace, didn't even spend any No7 £5 vouchers as there isn't anything I really need. Still no free TD on ACM for me, no UG either :(

    1st shop
3 x Hackett wet look hair gel 29p each but on 342
    Printer ink cartridge 88p
2 x Ted Baker minis mens EDT £1 each
    Hackett Kit Bag 29p (yes 29p!!) :j

The SA was a new girl being supervised by another SA, I think she made a mistake putting the Kit Bag through at 29p. I did query it as I didn't want her to get into trouble but they both said that it was the right price, I think she typed in the price of the hair gel instead but I decided not to say any more :rotfl:

Kit Bag contains 50ml each of body spray, hair and body wash, shampoo/conditioner and a 40ml hair clay. Clearance sticker said £3.50 so not sure of original price.

2nd shop, remembered the sensitive skin PVC gloves as recommended by broclo in an earlier post, these are half price to HC members so only 84p to pay. I'm very impressed with them , thicker than ordinary rubber gloves, flock lined and seem built to last. Thanks broclo :D

    3rd shop
    S&G Jam Sessions £2.50
2 x Soltan Extreme sports suncream £1.63 and BOGOF
    Hydro shaving foam 30p
NC Samphire&Sea minerals bath cream £1
    NC GWP £0.00 :D

    4th shop
    MF Lipfinity £2.12

Total spent £12.12 :j usual points, no vouchers.

Spotted the sign mentioned earlier for a voucher for a Med butter (think it was a mini) WYB 10 photo prints so I think this one must be nationwide.

DD went into town with a handful of No7 £5 vouchers......but she didn't spend any, said she had enough make-up and gave them to two ladies browsing the No7. Very proud of her :T

bunbun2 re: the No7 tinted moisturiser. I got a tube of the medium shade a few months ago, not very impressed as I was expecting a gel, it seems a bit dense for a moisturiser. I prefer no foundation at all in the summer, everything just slides off my face in the heat so I just stick to a moisturiser with sunscreen that will slide off invisibly :rotfl:
