Sorry to bump but does anyone know? :o

I also have a 300pts when you spend £35 that I should have used on the above transaction.
If I call CS about the EL points above and say ACM voucher wouldnt scan would they add these points?
    Any replies very gratefully received
    DS xXx
Daphne, when you get bonus points on an item you don't get the ordinary points :( so your EL points are correct.
As for your total spend points it might be worth giving CS a ring and asking if they would add them for you. As long as your total spend voucher was printed on the same day as your purchase then they may add them (they are only valid for purchases made on the same day as they are printed) They should be able to get up all the details on their computer.

PS If a total spend voucher won't scan then the SA would add points manually so personally I would just be upfront and tell them that you forgot to hand over your voucher.

LOL GMTA and all that! How much is their make up remover then? Dont think ive seen that either. See? I need to go back. Again. * evil chuckle*
  • Hmmmm yes ..... I think I understand now ..... although with mine it took off the dearest product and not the cheapest.

I got Shampoo at £4.99 and Protecting Spray at £5.99
It took off £5.99 ~ "kiosk coupon free offer"
    Then £1.98 ~ "multi-save"

So both for £3.01 ~ its all good. I will probably be back for more!

I do think the receipt is confusing just because of the way it lists things out in sections but now I've taken the time to read the headings above each section it isn't too bad. I guess I've never really looked at them much before as I wasn't focused on getting the deals!

I forgot to say that there was also a 30ml Davidoff Cool Water Wave reduced to £10.50 I think, so £5.50 with the voucher. But the SA pursuaded me to buy the 50ml size as it was better value ~ I think! I got one of those prize draw surveys from the perfume till as well, and after the SA was helpful with letting me use the voucher on the reduced perfume, I could say all positive things about my Boots experience today! Has anyone ever heard of anyone winning from one of those things?

I was looking at the Milan today..wasn't sure if it was a bit too sparkly but for £1.25 suppose I give it a whirl!

Surprised about the 500pts coupon..never had one myself but have used more than 1 PC coupon in 1 transaction.

The normal pencil eyeliners are really hard to remove too! My eyeballs ached afterwards. Which can't be good. :D

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: your right I think he thought it was his lucky night

ive still got traces of it today, couldnt stand rubbin me eyeballs anymore
  • Thanks AM appreciate your time.
I was unexpectedly able to shop at a big boots store today and was in my element. Wish I had know in advance though as I missed out on a couple of pts vouchers ( so annoying when you notice afterwards!) but I did quite well.

Not sure if I should post exact details as dont want to get myself or SA in trouble but SA keyed through my £5 No7 voucher and it came up as a £20 incentive bond. I had bought other things as well and was sorting my coupons when she said you have £1 to get so I will put it on a giftcard for you! :T

Anyone else notice a Meal Deal offer on the bottom of their receipts? Buy 5 deals get the 6th Free.

:rotfl: Sorry I think that was me, funnily enough mine came off easily with both eye make up remover, and more worryingly baby wipes...I hate to think what they put on those, because they are great stain removers! (I only use eco friendly ones on my babies these days and keep the normal ones for me :) )

Still a beautiful colour though :p
