Just looking at receipt model me defo says £4.99 then one went through as nil then at the bottom it say - £0.98 I take it that is to do with the 2 for £9

was well chuffed with my photo albums for all the pics we have got and are gonna take for the wee man £1.25 for two what a bargain

That's ridiculous! Did you get her name? I would complain to CS and also directly to the store manager. Forward them a copy of the email for proof, if they have email at the store. You could print it out, but I just checked my email, and that is very graphics heavy! After reading your message, I was thinking of printing my email to bring with me just in case, but it's not worth that much ink. Maybe it the fear of being treated like a criminal will keep me from buying eye shadow, which I don't really need, lol.

EDIT: Anyway, what you do not realise is...if EVER (doubt it)there is a voucher to use on l'oreal(only thing i can use)i'm having ALL your vouchers :rotfl:

hiya all,

i have around £60 of points but want to build it up for xmas,

today i used 3 of the £5 off no7 voucher they didnt scan the the SA typed them in manually, my local boots is only small so tomorrow will go to bigger one for a good bargain hunt!

seen someones post so btw you can order in the ghd`s to the store and pay with points, i asked one of the managers and they said yes.
