But I just printed it from this site not the e-mail so if I ring and complain will they know they did not send me the e-mail?

I didnt receive any emails either Toongirl and yet I used 6 today and fully intend to buy more nail varnishes, etc before the expiry date. You were not doing anything wrong. They are generic offers; anyone can use them not just the initial person who got the email.
(she says like she's an expert :o but im right aren't i? someone cleverer than moi? :D )

Because I didn't actually get the e-mail I didn't want to make a fuss but I felt it was a bit over the top

Just checked the email and it does say in the mail that it's an 'exclusive offer' Toongirl, but nowhere on the voucher does it say that it's exclusive to me.

What does anyone else think? (Apart from the staff needing retraining as valk_scot suggested?)

I wonder how many of these £5 email vouchers have been used so far?...Do you think Boots is starting to regret it yet? :rotfl:

Makes you wonder how much it really costs them to make the stuff:rotfl:

so if you buy the dream lash mascara it will cost you £5.50 and you will get the free beauty tool kit with tweezers, scissors etc.

The only prob i forsee is that i don't use mascara much and have gwp ones to use when i do. hope this is a good buy for someone though

I am very much liking the £5 off no7 voucher though.

Not been posting on this thread much as been comping, great for stress relief.

I am still dipping in sometimes so keep up the good work ladies and gents, you are still one of the friendliest bunches of peeps on this forum.

I will contribute more when i have some more useful input, There is some good reductions around on ted baker hair gel 50p a tub and 3 for 2 originally £6.50. Just so you can keep eyes peeled.

Not much else to report, still not bootsing so much as have too much already but the no7 voucher and the 2 for £5 hair masks are enticing me in.

    Very glad :D

And the seller gained a bit pollsdolls as they were £12.50 in the 75% sale but I couldn't get one due to the dreaded screen freeze.
