I am quite new to this site and just started bootsing. I printed off the £5 off No 7 voucher but it would not scan, the SA asked if it was a photocopy and I said I had received it by e-mail, she went away for about ten minutes then came back with the security guard and said no-one had heard of it and I had to bring the e-mail with me to use the voucher!
Sorry if this has already been mentioned (I'm catching up with posts) but if I was you then I'd definitely complain to customer services about this.

Just checked the email and it does say in the mail that it's an 'exclusive offer' Toongirl, but nowhere on the voucher does it say that it's exclusive to me.

What does anyone else think? (Apart from the staff needing retraining as valk_scot suggested?)

Thats right. I have printed mine out for the next time I go (Just in case :p )

Long time lurker here, thanks for all the info. I got the no.7 email and so far printed four copies and today got four nail polishes, kind SA was good enough to put them each through separately. On the down side I had a health club points voucher for shapers fruit which the SA filling the shelf said would work with the fresh pineapple and mango sauce but the till rejected it. Never mind, I'll try again.

The £5 fragrance voucher is burning a hole in my purse, is their nothing worth spending it on to get a GWP etc?

    Evening everyone!

Well i am back from my boots trip remind me not to have the son and hubby tagging along because i do not concentrate with anyone with me...i totally forgot to use the ATM machine ....yes send me to the the corner for my punishment..

could not browse this unknown store very much for bargains as son was hungry...well we were all hungry at this point lol

We went to the oral B isle and there was not much choice...i would have paid cash for one about £30 and used my given voucher but there were none ...

we ummed and arred for a while and i came to a big decision .....being as i cannot get GHD'S in store with my points and being as you all put me off them lol we decided to buy the £69.99 oral b proffessional 8500 with my points ....i shook and quivered and my bottom lip was going at the till to see them all go go go away lol

I picked up the sunkissed no7 rainbow pallette and the tinted no7 moisuriser from the GWP and took them to the till with my £5 vouchers and the lovely sales assistant tried to put them both through and give me a GWP ...
but the till would'nt let her, i had told her it would have to be seperate but she tried bless her ...took a while to manually put the voucher through but it went in the end

so my total spend was £10.50 altogether

I should not read here for at least a month to recoup my bank account of money lol..i am hoping big brother will keep me locked in the house cleaning my teeth with my new toy !!

    nite nite

    Thankyou

  • Today I got one of these

hero.jpgfor 50p!!! The matte shadow in the third section had been knocked about a bit, so it was reduced. (I don't use matte, I prefer shiny)
