Yes Zoe, I clicked copy on the actual email and pasted it into the post. Obviously when I print it out it has the headers and footers on it too, so what you saw on the post was the only thing that would copy. HTH.

Have you checked your settings online. It may be that you have not opted to receive emails. Go to 'my account. and have a look at the options there.

I think I am feeling a bit bad about using a couple of the email vouchers now as they weren't sent to me, I used them in a store that isn't my local, but was planning to use them in my local on Saturday, and now I don't know whether I should or not

I just can't understand why so many people got them yet I didn't and neither did DH or either of my parents (and all of our settings online are to receive special emails) Didn't get a spring mailing either, or the recent one with the 500 points for P&P and 200 on No7 cosmetics, I always used to get regular mailings

Went into Gemini boots in warington bright and early this morning - decided to get some eyeshadow using the email they sent out. Got 1 and an under eye concealer to hide the black rings from sitting up very later every night reading and posting about boots!!! Anyway there were 2 more colours i liked in the eyeshadow so on way home this evening from kids swimming stopped off at boots with 2 more vouchers - i got the 2 eyeshadows but bloomin heck a lot of you must have been in there today cos a heck of a lot of make up had gone off the shelves in those hours!!! SA at till when i handed over vouchers said she'd put loads thru the till today!!! OK so which of you were in there today then!!

It is not customer specific either. Get in there and have a moan. Apart from anything else there's a polite way to refuse a customer the use of a voucher, and getting the security man over to intimidate you isn't it. Boots CS will want to know about this.
