Btw, is it the £5 pc voucher that's holding other people up from getting these gwps? Or just the lack of gwps? If that makes sense?

I didn't hear what the NO.7 SA said but my sa just put it through as a boots coupon and it worked i got another one for my mum too:j

That's not right Toongirl, they shouldn't have subjected you to that. But if it was me, I'd print out the e-mail and as many vouchers as you possibly can, and go back into the store.

Right, if I were you I'd fire off a complaint by email (or phone) to Customer Services. They send out these things to be used and it's not your fault that staff training at Boots is so patchy they can't even keep their own staff up to date with the current vouchers.

I must just sing the praises of the lovely bootser TIARA. She has offered to help me with every problem ive had recently, even offered to get my shopping and send:A Dont want to subject her to trying to put through multiple no 7 vouchers though:rotfl: Anyway, she is a star:T
