The Health club is available to everyone to join. All members get 50% off a load of products.

People aged 60 and over get 10% off all Boots products as well.

I was sorting through my vouchers earlier and came across the BMI card one that everyone was talking about a while back (with 400 points glitch). I didn't even know I had this voucher (what a wally:o ) Does anyone know if the glitch has ended?

Boots also sent me a voucher to activate the 10% discount for over 60s:rotfl: I'm not going to use it though, because it was clearly sent in error. Can you imagine the look on the SA face when my info pops up on the till 'health club member over 60 and in parenting club'

I was told today (after SA called CS) that the 300/350pts washing/bathing ACM voucher will not work on the Mens Face Wash as it is on special offer already with the 3-4-2 at the mo. Might have to revert back to buying another Hand Saviour perhaps, although with the ladies GWP out of stock now, the offer is not so tempting anymore...

Perhaps I just concentrate on buying a few more nail polishes instead until Saturday and save lots of money in the process :D .

    Poundsinbucks x ;)

I was given the knockback on that too for the mens range. I only used it to to supplement the 250 pt voucher. as have most of the womens W & B range.

I only got the womens GWP for the 250 pts voucher to use with my next £5 voucher. The mens are much better value. Cannot really understand how the womens GWP have run out first.

At least the SA gave me the voucher back, so I may just use it again.:confused: I am sure someone managed to get it through on the mens range though?

Could I just ask if anyone has ever experienced a SA questioning vouchers from the ACM if they have different account names on them?
Just pondering over the info provided by jessie_yi (thanks jessie) regarding the additional washing/bathing ACM printouts.

Anyway went to boots after work, picked up the above items (as suggested by an experienced bootser, sorry forgot the name), went to pay at the No7 counter. The SA was very cold, no smiling at all. She scanned everything (including the GWP) and told me it’s not £20 yet (£18 before I gave the £5 cosmetics voucher). She said just keep the items there and I can look around and get more, I simply took my stuff and walked away.

Why oh why do a few SAs seem to enjoy being nasty? All she had to do was ring it up, and tell you no if it beeped ... which it wouldn't have. But good for you for walking off, and that SA just did herself out of a commission.

I know Bootsing is a smaller scale, but it makes me think of the scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts went back to the shop that wouldn't serve her before, her arms laden with thousands of dollars of shopping, and said, "You work on commission, don't you? Big mistake!" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

But if we did that in Boots, we wouldn't be able to walk out without it.

Even as Millionaires we would think, what about all those points if I walk out without them:j :j :j

Sally, it doesn't seem to be a glitch as such, but compensation from Boots for issuing a voucher for a product that they don't technically sell (voucher is misprinted)
I used mine on Saturday, my post here for more details, some people have had their voucher scan with no problems though.
