Come on own up who has brought all the Pampers nappies off .com  they are all sold out

I haven't bought pampers on .com because they are cheaper in Asda even accounting for points - can get 2 Jumbo boxes for £18, that's 176 nappies for £18 compared to 124 nappies at Boots for £16 (or just under £13.50 if you count the points).

If I sign my dad up to the over 60s thing and have him + his card with me when I get stuff would I get the 10%? (Can't wait for mum to be 60 if this works as she gladly spends 90mins in a Big Boots whereas Dad would complain).

Searched for Eve magazine this evening in Asda, Sains, S'drug and 2 newagents but all sold. Saw one in Ilford yesterday but didn't have my Metro coupon.

Note concerning magazines: have any of you taken brand new magazines to charity shops, and do they take them? I have a few Glamour that are brand new and "fresh" (this month's) - you can guess why!! - and would hate to recycle them straight away.
    .

I'm sure your local drs surgery or dentist would appreciate them? I'm going to give mine to my NCT friends - minus the lipgloss of course. I posted one lipgloss to my friend in NZ, ideal lightweight pressie didn't cost much to post.

I have loaded my .com basket and just need to go to library to order. Total comes to £60.88. Pesky apple mac won't work on .com and I don't want to miss out on my final opportunity for Quidco boots cashback - you've got to report any missed transactions by 1st July which means deadline for ordering is 14 days earlier if I'm correct.

Sorry if I am being thick, but what does this mean about the quidco cashback??

    from quidco:
Please ensure you click through the Quidco link for EVERY unique Boots transaction.

Cashback is only available for the main Boots.com sites and not the subsidiaries listed under "Our other shops".

**EARNINGS ENQUIRY DEADLINE. Please make sure you submit your Boots.com earnings enquiry to us by close of play Tuesday 1st July 08. Enquiries submitted after this date will be marked 'processed'**

Sorry, my sister pointed out that I hadn't siad which one it was either. The SA offered me a choice of the current men's/ladies No 7 gwp and I chose the women's one.
Does that mean the till told you to get a No7 GWP just for buying an eyeliner pencil?

Or did you get some other stuff too? I think you had us all imagining some sort of custard pot GWP. :D

Yup. Till and lovely SA both told me to get it just for buying an eyebrow pencil. No idea why (didn't even have one in my basket as it wasn't worth contemplating), but definitely not complaining!

Very valid points made by scotsmum and geordie_lass about not going overboard with the deals. I keep trying to remind myself of this too.

Have to say Im not impressed with the Trevor Sorbie range. The long hair curly hair shampoo didnt do anything spectacular to my hair and the conditioner (also for curly hair) was really hard to dispense and left my hair worse than usual! So I shan't be getting anymore of that. LOL. The 'gloopy' Botanics hair mask (the 2 for £5 + 250 points one :D ) is much better. Really good for coloured hair when it feels slightly over processed.
My favourite at the mo though is the Model Me Helena shampoo combined with the Jamelia Conditioner. This seems to work really well on my naturally curly hair. No frizz!

    Nail varnishes: what is everyone's faves? I love Siren/Pink Grapefruit/Salsa/Miracle Fuschia/Temptress/Sorbet.
Currently wearing Crystal Lilac and I don't really like it, it's a bit too wishy washy for me. Think I may give it to my mum. :D

The Shine Control stuff is a winner for me. First time I've used a product like that and Im glad I decided to try it out. You wont be able to check your lipstick in my forehead anymore. :gross smilie: ;)

Tinted moisturiser is fantastic, wont be without it from now on. Also liking the loose powder although its hard to get into and a little messy!

Anyone bought the pressed powder and if so, is it any good?

If anyone is still thinking about getting the GWP No 7 I can recommend the Tan Maintainer (costs £10 BOGOF, get 2 till recognises £20 spend and you get GWP) , it doesn't give loads of colour but leaves a nice healthy glow and the consistency is lovely, sinks into skin straightaway. Best of all it doesn't smell like so many of the other gradual tan products you can buy now.

What am I going to do when the £5 voucher runs out? *Withdrawal symptom alert*

I can just imagine a line of MSErs in Boots tomorrow, queueing up with their baskets, all of them filled with 3 custard pots and 1 No7 eyebrow pencil, all hoping to be offered a No7 GWP by the Boots SA :D;):p .

    Hi all

Something strange happened in Boots in Oxford Street today. I bought Hand Saviour and used a 350pts when you buy an item from the Boots Wash Range (ACM Voucher) and also used 250pts when you spend £30 voucher (also from ACM). Neither of them beeped as I had spent £53 on prezzies for Mum's b-day and other No7 bits to get GWP, but the cashier took the vouchers and wrote the details down in a book that seemed to be pre-printed with boxes that she needed to complete.

Has anybody had this happen before?

I didn't use vouchers that I wasn't entitled to, so not really worried, but it just seemed to be a bit strange.

    Thanks

    Mel
Did they take note of your ACM number ?
