A graph like that is much more useful if it has a bar chart along the base line showing the volume of transactions.
It is very much a false market at the moment.
Will the interest levels on mortgages stay low as the currency goes to hell ?
or
Will the repossessions break out from the specialist unreported auction market into the mainstream ?
With the continuing decline in the pound as the government buys back gilts and the foreigners dump their resulting pounds. I could well be option 1 of those two0 -
Low volume is a poor indicator so Im told, of course it could just mean high volume will show just how low the prices should really have dropped to0
