    ok another update...lol

contacted ICE, they have emailed CSA senior management twice for them to get to answer the recommendations, they are giving them until 20th March!!

Ive also got MP involved he has now written twice to them

why do the CSA Falkirk office just blatantly ignore deadlines, someone just informed me in another of my posts that this month the CSA actually took 42%of my wages!!

    Hi Markeymark
I recently went down the local MP route and she got 2 replies from the CSA and then recommended that I contact the ICE. I pay £153 per week for 2 children on CSA1. One child will be 18 in September and the other one will be 15 in November.
    I have given up mate.
I just cannot be bothered with the continued stress and hassle of contacting people trying to get treated fairly. I will pay this amount until 1 day before my eldest child is 19 and then I will stop the standing order from my bank account and then say re assess me fairly or I give up work and then the government can pay me.
You just get to a stage when you think balls to them.
I have had enough it is just not worth making my self ill anymore.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do mate but don't make yourself ill.

Totally unacceptable for ICE to give them another deadline. Phone up the Parliamentary Ombudsman -

    020 7217 3000

The above number is the switchboard, so ask to be put through to the PO.

Explain what is happening and say you have no faith in ICE, the CSA have had enough time to respond to ICE, how much money you are having to pay out each month and you now wish to go to the PO.

    See what they say.

    I'm going to PM you.

    around a month.

Have got a solicitor on the case. Its gone from belfast to newcastle, now its in Hastings:rolleyes: .

They have got the liability order for ex amount of money. I had presumed thay must have given a breakdown, turns out they didn't. They convinced it wasn;'t worth attending as it will be processed anyway.

First letter was for 42K worth of debt (june 08), LO was served for 16k. So they must have the figures, but are not releasing them to my solicitor just yet.

just to add my daughter is now 23:rolleyes: and I have records proof of direct payment from around 2002-2004 when I was in employment, so its going to get interesting.

To get to the figures they have, it must be pre-2000, whioch should have been thrown out at the court stage
