CSA phasing question

Loopy_Girl wrote: »Yes that's true but Mark has already said that they have admitted breaching the PI. Maybe as it's the phasing, the CSA are sending out new schedules every month or so. And as an employer, they have to take off what is requested. It's not their business to take a wee drop as they think he will struggle. If they don't take what's asked then they can get fined.
Nope - the employer just has to state that it would breach his protected income to take the full amount. Usually something can be deducted just not the whole amount.
Don't know what is happening with this case. Even with phasing, the schedule should have been for a year at a time - which doesn't explain all those different amounts.0 -
the first ex has been getting around £340 per month since i started paying on cs1, when it merged to cs2 shes getting more than this amount!0

ok folks got a quick update on my case
the case review officer had been out 4 weeks ago to conduct his face 2 face interview, he promised me that he would have a reply to me in 2 weeks, now its 2 weeks late
I have his mobile number from the csa letter, have tried it 3 times in 2 weeks, twice it was switched off and going onto answer machine, so i left a message both times
today, it was switched on, but went to answer machine after ringing out, left another message
then i phoned csa to find out whats happening, basically the girl looked at my notes and said the girl dealing with it their is off for a week! quite handy!
but she said that she had received the case workers findings and she was going to work on them to get me a solution, but she cant do this as the data protection team have my files!! (i applied for these at beginning of June) so looks like i will have to wait till she receives them back
i basically said to the girl that i was not happy being kept out of the loop and that i should have had an interim response to let me know there was going to be a hold up
Do i just wait now as they have a set time to sort out my complaint or do i escalate it to the next stage0 -

Don't they make you pig-sick?
You get sick and tired of hearing the same old lame excuses, in meetings, on holiday, broken promises.
As for your file being passed on to DPA...do they not do a copy? I suppose it has got lost within their internal post.
Sorry for moaning. Not much comfort to you and can't offer any advice, except for just hang on in there, keep strong and keep complaining.
