..... April 07 £605.29 plus £458 from my bank account

Hi ...I'm just curious, and sorry to side track from the main issue, but how did they dip £458 from your bank account? Did you know they were going to? Or did you volunteer this payment in addition to the DEO's?

the reson they took the £458 from my bank account was beacause before they decided i should pay by DEO, i had a standing order set up for collection, i cancelled the standing order with my bank, but when april 07 came the amount of standing order changed and my bank paid it to the csa, i telephoned the csa and reported it, but i just got because i have arrears they are keeping it!!

Well the Goverments guidelines is £59.15 (which is the Income Support rate).

It's not the point though. You should only be paying 25% of your salary for your 2 kids. I can see why your ex's wouldn't be happy either - one getting double than the other.
If you have arrears under CSA1 child then it should be no more than 40% of your salary but I don't think that would take into account paying for child under CSA2.
How much arrears do you have for each child do you know?

my salary is the same each month, the case review officer has already admitted that they have breached my protected earnings on several occasions and would investigate this

    How good of them!

I would cause so much trouble over this, especially with it causing trouble with the Mothers of your children.

The CSA have alot to answer for here.

Have to say, since the deduction of earnings order is issued to the employer with the protected income right there in black and white, it would be the employer at fault for taking more than they should.

Your first ex? So that case will have been/is in the process of phasing to CSA2. Nope, she shouldn't have got anything for you certainly whilst it was under CSA1. Unsure whether when the phasing started she would be entitled to anything but then it would only be £10.00 per week.

Seriously Mark, there are catasrophic errors all over the place with this case. You really really need to get your MP onto this and get this sorted. And do you know what I take my hat off to you cos at least you are not one of these NRP's that when the going gets tough, the tough threaten going on benefits to 'get rid of the problem'.:)

Yes that's true but Mark has already said that they have admitted breaching the PI. Maybe as it's the phasing, the CSA are sending out new schedules every month or so. And as an employer, they have to take off what is requested. It's not their business to take a wee drop as they think he will struggle. If they don't take what's asked then they can get fined.
