I have to say, as I look around my living room right now, I see alot of clutter.
I have a slight obsession with laundery, and hoovering ( Ohhhh! I love hear those messy crumbs tinkling up the hose ).
But I hate Dusting and cleaning kitchen - kitchen is always sucha a big job - The degreasing, wiping cupboards, tile, cooker hood, over, cooker hobs, I can go on forever....
And thank god for My dettol mop and pledge dusters. I need to get a routin and some pretty storage box for cabinet.
Better go now, going to 'think' about cleaning abit more....0 -

No it really doesn't have to be, a quick wipe over the top of the cooker, after washing up every night, I used to have stuff everywhere and it was a massive job moving everythng, now I have everything in the cupboards and it's easy to wipe down the worktops when you are waiting to make a brew or whatever. If you spill something wipe it up straightaway, in the bathroom use toilet cleaner overnight and a quick brush and flush keeps it sparkling, make bed as you get out, clothes in wash basket or back on hanger as you undress.
Working fulltime means you either get organised and do a bit everyday, spend all your days off cleaning or you call in Kim & Aggie every so often.0 -
i tend to blitz house 3 times a year. downstairs gets a quick clean 2 times a week upstairs when i feel like it, but i do like everything in straight lines so i put the house straight every morning and evening, washing gets done when needed and hubby washes up every night and he does the rubbish, i also make him clean cooker and windows 3 times a year.lifes too short to spend all day cleaning why dont you do some college courses i am doing 3 plus aerobics far more interesting.0

No - don't do that! I watched a documentary about mites that live in the bed. If you make the bed as soon as you get out, the bedding is still warm and damp, and you leave the perfect environment for mites to breed in. Yuk!!
I pull the covers back when I get up. Then I leave it to air while I go and have breakfast, make packed lunches etc. I make the bed when I go back upstairs to get dressed. Here I go again on my own....0 -
