They are fab, bendy and she says so easy to use. I have never seen anything like them here, has anyone come across them? I would love to buy a whole set if anyone knows where they can get them from? and hopefully not too expensive!
Thanks

Mine feel 'sticky' if I put them in the dishwasher, saying that they're pretty easy to clean so don't mind hand washing them. One day I might be more organised...........

Try putting it back in then putting it between something heavyish when it comes out (while still warm) to straighten it, can't make it any worse is my thinking here....One day I might be more organised...........

I bought some silicon bakeware recently and tried to make fairy cakes in the muffin tin.
I wasn't sure whether the mixture would stick or not so did half in cases and half in the tin.
The ones in the cases rose and cooked through but the ones in the tin hardly rose and were less cooked through in the middle.
Should I be doing something different? Do I need the oven hotter or do they need to be cooked for longer?
Thanks all.0 -
I find that my cake mixtures stick to the silicone every time - or nearly every time - so I still use cases. And, when I can get them, loaf tin liners from the likes of Lakeland too. Yes, yes, I know it's cheaper to use parchment and cut my own, but I like the cases and liners.
I don't know what we're supposed to do to do it right, but in my experience, I find that cases and liners are best.spendy/she/her ***DEBT-FREE DATE: 11 NOVEMBER 2022!*** Highest debt: £35k (2006) MY WINS: £3,541 CASH; £149 Specsavers voucher; free eye test; goody bag from Scottish Book Trust; tickets to Grand Designs Live; 2-year access to Feel Amazing App (worth £100); Home Improvement & Renovation Show tickets; £50 to spend on chocolate; Harlem Globetrotters tickets; Jesus Christ Superstar tickets + 2 t-shirts; Guardians of the Galaxy goody bag; Birmingham City v Barnsley FC tickets; Marillion tickets; Dancing on Ice tickets; Barnsley FC v Millwall tickets0 -

Did you brush it with oil the first time you used it as the instructions with mine said to do that and I haven't had any problems. Don't know if it would make a difference but my is an oval tin not a cupcake one.Weekly Spend Challenge: £0/£30
