I have a special number which comes up on my ebay account - apparently it isn't given to everyone

You have a special number that not everyone gets! Why? Are you a powerseller?

I have no idea why I have the number.

No I am not a powerseller!

I thought everyone had the number until I found out that they don't!

I have it on both my ebay accounts, one has over 800 feedback, the other has over 1000 feedback.

Have just looked at my Mother's ebay account and she hasn't got it but her feedback is only 120

Well I can't help you there.

It is just an Ebay Support Number

Very bizarre, the police as standard would just say "It's a Civil matter." it doesn't always matter whether it really is or not.

The thing i don't understand is, if she didn't want to sell for that price why didn't she just try and refund at the time, instead of sending the items then changing her mind. I don't agree with not selling when you fail to get the price you want, but it's surely much more logical than going through with the sale then trying to get items back?

She took offence at my complaining about her sending the item out in a black bin bag and overcharging on p&p by £4.
